This storage unit is the cleanest that I have ever seen! And the staff is friendly and helpful!
The facility is clean and have different type of units but unfortunately the customer service is extremely poor. I called to ask to keep my card on file to do automatic payments and they said they would. I spoke to Meagan the manager of the facility. The following month they charge for late fee and when asking again to keep the card on file they said I need to go to the facility to sign for that.
