We have had a great customer relationship with u-store it. They have always been willing to take time to listen and check things out. I give them a 10 out of 10.
I have been a customer since 2015, originally, I had two units but now have downsized to one unit. The location is convenient to my house. Very friendly staff.
The people are very nice and accomodating! My first storage unit fell through and they got me in right away. So relieved and in awe of their kindness.
Our business is located on the next block from U-Stor-It making it easy for us to store extra supplies there instead of using valuable office/customer space for storage.
After losing a precious family member, we needed to store the items we inherited before deciding if we were going to incorporate them into our home or distribute them to other family members. Because of the “busyness” of life, the process took several years. We were able to store our items at U-Stor-It for the duration of this time.
