EDIT AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: If there was a "misunderstanding" as you put it, then why did you decide to keep part of our refund? That is what untrustworthy businesses do! We had a big ant problem so I stopped by to see what they have. I specifically mentioned that ants are on our plants & that we also have 2 beehives. She sold me a product that would've lasted "10 years" & said it would be fine to use.
