We had used U Splurge in the past for several projects, and they did an amazing job. So, we decided to contract with them to replace our siding. We made the mistake to pay them before thoroughly inspecting their work. We have an issue with our soffit that they said they would be back to rectify, but never returned. They are very unprofessional.A lot of emails, phone calls and text messages went unanswered when we tried to contact them with questions. Home Build was suppose to take 8 to 9 months. It took them a year. Several weeks at a time no one showed up to work on the build. Several things not done the way we wanted. They made changes on things without consulting us first.We were lied to numerous times. They take no responsibility when things weren't done on time instead blame us the customer. Quick quality work. They showed up early and got the shingles removed along with all repairs and did excellent cleanup. Shingles went on the next day and job Forman made sure everything was perfect before he left.
