Great to visit a Baltic-style sauna in America. I have lived in Finland, so it was lovely to visit U Spa and relax in the heat. The shower is inside the sauna, so no chance for a brisk, cold splash, but we had the whole room to ourselves, so wrapped ourselves in robes (provided) and sat on sofas outside the sauna to cool off a little.
