Josh, the pharmacist was so rude to me about filling a prescription. He literally refused to fill it because I was not a current customer.
Very poor customer service. I recently moved to the area and had prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. 4 days later I called to check on the status of the prescription and was put on hold then hung up on twice. When I called back the girl answering the phone had an attitude and told me they were very busy. This was at 9:30 on a Saturday morning so I drove to the store and there was only one customer inside. My prescriptions was transferred from Columbus to Pine Mountain they was filled immediately and the ones that Publix pharmacy tried to charge me for was free I love this pharmacy i highly recommend them plus they're friendly and very helpful regardless what anybody say thx u save it!!!
