I had a concerning experience at U Save It Pharmacy, as this was the second time that the staff failed to maintain personal information privacy. On both occasions, a woman working there loudly disclosed my sensitive data, including my name, date of birth, medications I’m currently taking, refill dates, phone number, and address, for all customers in the store to hear. This blatant disregard for privacy left me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about their handling of sensitive information.
