Took my car their for some basic paint work. Air pressure in the spray booth is too high, they covered my car in orange peel and fish eyes. Also left quite a few runs in the paint. Was not happy, didn't even bother coming back. The light is so dim in the shop you can't see any paint blemishes until you take the car home and get it in your garage. Will never be back.
I have taken three of my vehicles here after a wreck and each time they have been more than helpful. everything was set and ready to go upon arrival they worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and they even provided transportation to get my rental car. I would recommend them and keep going back myself.
This place can be summed up in 2 words....Above and Beyond. Exceptional Customer service, Professional, Detail Oriented, and gave me a complete worry free repair in less than 5 days. (and trust me I had a pretty bad wreck) Not only were they able to help me with the insurance claim...they also caught a lot of problems that the insurance estimate had missed...including some broken brackets beneath the body damage. This place SUCKS!!! I drop off my car for hail damage They kept it for 5 WEEKS! When they told me only 10 days! Not only that, My car had 65 MORE MILES on it! They went driving around in my car! The company lies to your face and DONT give a rats a*s for nothing!!!! This business does not handle business the RIGHT way.. Oh yea BTW there is still a dent on the top of my car! After keeping it 5!! WEEKS!! Cant even take all the dents out! HA.. Sure not taking it back So they can keep it for another month!
