My elderly mother rented a vehicle from this location and assumed that the car tire tread was safe. After a 6 hour drive to Texas, a cousin saw the tire tread was really depleted. They contacted Office Manager to see about car exchange, but found all offices were independently owned, so could not exchange car. Not good.
