Customer service really rude over charge you
THE WORSE IDEA ITS TO RENT A CAR IN THIS PLACE! THEY CARGED ME OVER 5K ALSO REPORT THE CAR AS STOLEN AFTER I CALLED THEM TO EXTEND THE TIME! NO EMAILS NOT CALLS FROM THEM! USE ANOTHER TRUSTED RENTAL CAR!!!
Worst service. After coming to their parking they asked for another $45 per day for insurance. Better not to come here.
This is a scam, please stay away. They will force you to purchase additional insurance by telling you need 300K in insurance to lease an economy car. Also, even though the reservation clearly states "Unlimited Millage" they will say there is a limit of 100 miles per day if you are a resident of FL, and that you should have read that on page 74 of a odf you never received when you made the reservation. I just left and rented somewhere else, these people are thieves.
They will not let you decline their expensive insurance policy. Go elsewhere
