Business doesn't exist
I called and pulled up at 5pm closing time and the last there literally waited for me!! No attitude cause they close at 5!!! She stayed over just so I could have a car for the weekend since mine was in the shop!!! Amazing customer service here!!!! She went above and beyond my expectations! I always come here
I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. There was absolutely no clear communication of the pickup policy, and my reservation was canceled without any notification — simply because I arrived after 5 p.m. At no point during booking was I informed that there was a strict pickup cutoff time. To make matters worse, I only received a call the morning of my reservation requesting documents that should have been communicated at the time of booking.
