I reserved a Chevy Malibu online which I only needed for one day. I was contacted by phone and told I couldn't t drop off on a Saturday,although it let me chose that day online, so I was forced to pay extra money to keep the car an extra 2 nights that I didn't need it. We were going out of town that Friday July 4th, so I picked up on Thursday when I got there I found out I wasn't receiving the Chevy Malibu that I reserved online which is something that should of been mentioned in the phone call.
