Terrible customer service! In addition to the total price of the rental, there is a $500 deposit that is due once you pick the car up and they only accept Credit cards. The terms are not listed on Priceline so beware before booking.
Aneer and Dorothy were Exemplary. We had the absolute best rental experience, the hospitality and service given to us from the start were top notch. When we got to the airport and did not know which shuttle to get on, they answered the phone immediately and helped guide us through to finish. We will be coming back next time!
Anaheim location closed 3 years ago. Very negative experience with U-Save airport location, would not recommend to anybody. Hidden fees, difficult to get to, and poor quality kids car seats.
