The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle ever. My husband and I travel many times a year with rental cars and have never had such a terrible experience. It all started with the check in process/picking up the vehicle. Even though, I already did the pre check in info, we waited over an hour to even get up to the front desk. They rented out my car to someone with my info on the rental agreement. I attempted to rent a car from the LAX location. Had to cancel reservation due to flight cancellation. Not only did they not refund me my money, they rented the car out to another person with my name on the rental agreement. Will be taking legal actions
