I regret renting from USAVE California. After returning my car in good condition, the company refused to refund my $500 security deposit. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve been met with silence. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Customers deserve honesty and respect.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle ever. My husband and I travel many times a year with rental cars and have never had such a terrible experience. It all started with the check in process/picking up the vehicle. Even though, I already did the pre check in info, we waited over an hour to even get up to the front desk. Once at the desk, they informed us that they didn’t have any vehicles left that we specifically booked/reserved weeks prior. I wanted a compact car for a reason and was given an SUV. T... read more
