Did not return the full deposit because they said I didn’t return it with the same amount of gas when I know for a fact it had well over what it had when I got it! Won’t be back.
After an epic fail with E rent a car, we found u save and they completely saved the day. They came and picked us up at our RV campground in Hot Springs. The rental was quick and easy and the employees were super good to deal with. We highly recommend U Save and we will rent from them again on a return trip for sure.

I read reviews for several car rental places in Hot Springs before deciding to use U-Save. I am so glad that I did. Our plane was running a bit behind and one of the gentlemen who works here stayed late just so a single mom didnt have to take an Uber to Walmart, then one to grab food, then one to the hotel, then another one the next day to go pick up the car.
