Karen, the manager, is amazing! She went above and beyond for me in a couple of different ways. From allowing one of her guys to come and pick my son and I up from the airport while keeping in touch via phone the entire time we waited, to calling around to verify my insurance when I accidentally left it behind, to giving me a deal on the rental, etc. In the end, something personal prevented me from renting that day, but Karen was still so kind and sweet and even offered other solutions that worked out well for me. Had an amazing experience with U-Save. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, kind, and just easy to work with. Great pricing, the vehicle was clean and in great condition. If you need to rent, this is the company to go with. :)

I rented a van from the Jonesboro location (Hot Springs and Jonesboro both belong to the same franchisee) 3 months prior to needing it. The online reservation system seemed easy, select vehicle, select dates, input personal info and credit card, and everything should be good to go. Got a confirmation email, could log in on the booking engine and see my reservation. Drove 4 hours last month to pick up my rental only to be told the Hot Springs manager had cancelled my reservation 6 weeks prior. Never was notified of cancellati... read more
