Love these guys! We rent from them everytime we travel out of state. We ended up stranded once and they did everything they could to get us back home! Will 100% be using them everytime

Very simple to use. They don't have twenty nine pages of stuff to sign. My only two critiques would be: They changed the car I reserved at the last second. I mean telling me as they are handing me the keys. They wait until the last second so you don't have the chance to walk away. Second, the car could have been at least vacuumed. I don't expect a full detail, just a vacuum and quick wipe-down. Simply removing the items from the last driver does not equal clean.
