Friendly & helpful staff. They work to help you understand any questions you have about your rental. As a frequent traveler, I have the opportunity to try all the major brands. Two of the major brands act friendly to your face, then charge you credit card without a valid reason. If I ever have a question about a charge or bill (like toll/ or camera ticket), John & his team have been willing to explain.
I rented a car from the Frederick, MD location of U Save mid August and paid cash. I was required to provide a credit card. U Save did not post my cash payment of $485.00 and therefore my debit card was also charged $485, which caused my account to be in the negative and accrue additional fees. I contacted the manager Mike and he stated that he processed a refund. After 3 days the credit has not appeared on my checking account.
