Purchased a 2012 Nissan rogue, horn and all of the controls on steering wheel non-functional. Nissan technician attempted to repair the clock spring and this is what he found. Went back to dealership and exchanged rogue for a 2007 Jeep Commander evenly. Informed dealership owner that the jeep was missing the spare tire. Have yet to hear back from Steve.
