Told me my car would be done at noon. Didn't even start it till 1pm. Finally got it at 5pm. Hung up on me when I called. I'd NEVER go back here!!
Wonderful people to work with! They are nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. I'll go here for all of my U-Haul needs in the future! Edited to add: one of the gentleman that works here came out and saved me when I accidentally locked my keys in the U-Haul truck. They got to me within half an hour and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. I felt really stupid but he was so incredibly nice about it!
Very friendly and easy to deal with. Will definitely use in the future!
This place is a joke. Bad service Bad attitude towards customers Terrible Place to have anything done.
