I recently used U. Santini on a complicated move. lt involved sending 2/3 of my stuff from a house in Brooklyn to another house upstate. The other 1/3 had to be picked up, unloaded in storage, reloaded and delivered to a building in Manhattan. I recently moved to Park Slope and I must say that U.Santini was amazing! I was dreading moving day, but the movers were there early (boy, was I surprised) and went above and beyond! Tito was the name of one of the guys and he took the time to take apart my son's crib in my apartment and put it together in my new home! They were careful with the walls when bringing in furniture and even put paper down so my wood floor wouldn't get scratched. Don't use this company! This business is as sleazy as they come. The owner, Dan, tries to bilk you of extra money at every chance. Once they got my belongings to my new home, Dan wanted $2,000 more than the original price. When I said I wouldn't pay any extra, he threatened to have the moving men stay until I agreed to the new price. I said I would call the police because they were trespassing, and he finally backed down. He was verbally abusive, nasty, and even refused to back his own employee's estimate.
