I made an appointment face to face for my elderly mother for a wash and set. I got a card and the appointment was for 9:15. She wasn't taken until 9:30 and when my mom mentioned it, she was told she was wrong. Then they couldn't wash her hair because she is too short and the chair was too low so they used dry shampoo. When they went to curl it, they didn't have a small curling iron. They didn't charge her, thankfully, but we will never go back. Nope! Nope! And Nope! Mega damage, bad service, bad management!! Shannon has a bunch of “inexperienced” juniors… hair school in training! Ugh!as she likes to call them. Charging L’Oréal professional salon prices with minimal hair knowledge and experience. I am still growing out my broken, over bleached and damaged hair that this salon gave to me for top notch prices!! Shannon avoided my calls. Of course! I walked into this salon on a Saturday intending to purchase a product. I stood at the front for over 4 minutes waiting at the counter, clearly holding the item I wanted to buy. The only staff member present was busy with a client but made direct eye contact with me, yet gave no acknowledgment whatsoever. No greeting, no "I'll be right with you," nothing.
