I have blinds and motorized roller shades for almost 5 years now. Extremely pleased with the service. I recently had an issue with my roller shade not charging. Kevin came over the next day, fixed the problem and charged nothing. He is so pleasant and I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Even after this long they still back their product.
