Rashad was so nice when he helped send a return box for me. However pick up was ridiculous. The female working was extremely rude and did not want to release my package. When I walked in I said I’m here to pick up a package she said ok take it and pointed toward the packages near the door. I said just look for mine and take it, do you need my ID?
