Do not use this place for pool covers. Price quoted was raised after order placed even though I sent pool diagram. I paid the $250 fee to send in my old cover to be used as a template for new cover and the straps and anchors still did not match current anchor positions. The lead time quoted was 4-5 weeks and it took 9 weeks to get it. Also the stitching on the cover has some deformities.

Bought $120 worth of lockboxes and paid for $25 shipping to get them. Come to find out, they were too small for my business needs and I had to return them. USHS wants me to pay to ship them back, so now I am $40 into this order with 0 to show for it. They did issue a full refund for the product, but I basically spent $40 to have a bad experience. Terrible customer service, she said "that's how we do it" has to be a better way to do business. Buyer BEWARE before purchasing from them. Good luck to you USHS.

I bought 4 items from US Hardware Supply. The 1st item I used was broken. I had taken 2 out of the boxes and only used 1, which was broken. I returned the 4 items and was charged for the 2 that were taken out of the box and shipping both ways. Zero customer service. Not worth the risk of ordering without a money back guarantee.
