I purchased a granite kitchen countertop, sink and faucet from US Granite. I thought the showroom and selection were very nice but that's where the good part ended. The entire process was a series of mistakes and inattention and I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience. I was suprised to be asked to pay the entire countertop fee before it was completed, and I told the owner Robert I was uncomfortable about it but he insisted (red flag and lesson learned). US Granite did my daughter's kitchen counters and two bathrooms and it was gorgeous so I decided to have them work their magic at our new home. They installed an absolute black granite fireplace surround and transformed my old China cabinet into a gorgeous credenza by creating a beautiful granite top and matching sideboard server granite top. I loved my whole adventure picking out my counter tops at US Granite INC.Benchmark Kitchens. I had a very strict budget to stick to. I was showed so many beautiful slabs of granite in the warehouse I couldn't make up my mind which one to pick. They gave me samples of all of them to bring home to see how they looked with my cabinets. Reasonably priced with a great selection to choose from . Very effective Salesforce, knowledgeable and helped us pick slabs that blended nicely from one to the next. Installers were great-showed up on time, finished on time and even assisted in caulking trim. We also obtained a good quality sink and fixtures from them. I recommend this firm if you're looking to replace countertops with granite.
