Heavily damaged our furniture, refused to reimburse for repairs, increased quoted price, and more than doubled the original quoted shipping time. I would highly recommend avoiding if you haven't anything close to fragile that you care about. - USF movers heavily damaged most of our wooden furniture. I was genuinely shocked at how Mike handled our move. The first time everything was acceptable. His team did break a pot, but at least there were no hidden charges and the job was completed. The second move was a completely different story. I agreed with Mike over the phone to $200 per hour. Once the job started, he suddenly tried to add $25 per hour for equipment that had been brought the first time without charge and that did not even work properly. Horrible company they did not take pride in the move. They didn’t know how to pack a U-Haul. They were all over my house. They broke furniture. They broke stuff that meant a lot to me. I’ve called the phone number. I’ve texted the phone number and I sent an email and they will not reply back they broke my dresser, my nightstand, and they broke 100 year old rocking chair. They broke a China cabinet. I would not recommend this company

These people lie about their prices. When I first called them they told me it would be $250 flat for just coming my tvs, couches, my bed, and one small bookshelf. Mind yall I was only moving 1 floor up on my complex. Once it was time to pay they told me it was $320. And not only that … they broke my bookshelf in half. He had the audacity to tell me fine I’ll do it for $300. The absolute worst company ever. Please don’t bother booking with these people :/
