The US Dairy Export Council does an amazing job marketing dairy products overseas. Did you know that before they were formed the US was only exporting 1 in 25 tanker trucks of milk overseas. Now it's 1 in 6. That's great progress. I may be an employee of DMI but I believe the US dairy industry needs the export council to make sure we are competitive in a global dairy market.
