Every time the heat turned on, I would get a scratchy throat that lasted for several hours. Jake performed an air duct cleaning service and found a lot of fine dust and pollen in the bedroom vents. He vacuumed out the entire system and sanitized the lines to remove any irritants. Since the cleaning, I haven't had any issues with a scratchy throat, and I’m sleeping much better. He was very professional and took the time to explain how the dust was affecting my health. It was a very positive and helpful experience.

I had 2 separate companies over to my house because my heater was not working. They both just told me I had to have a whole new systen installed. Eric from US AIR came over and I was pleasantly surprised that he took the time to trouble shoot the problem. He educated me as to the fact I really only needed to replace a small part.
