One of the worst run operations. I deal with places like these all the time but this one has to have the worst customer service you have ever seen. No one wants to take responsibility when things go wrong. All you get a is a run around from one person to another. Please don't rent from this place....EVER!!!!
SHOCKING POOR SERVICE! My grandfather and I rented a 50' boom manlift from U-Rent-It in Terrell, TX. I was there before 7:30am when they open. After watching 4 of their employees spend over an hour and a half trying to get the boom and basket to function I decided the manlift didn't think the outriggers were down and wasn't letting it operate. I began inspecting the outriggers, got on the ground, and discovered a "switch" on one outrigger was packed with mud and wasn't falling into position. I dug the mud out, freed up the s... read more
