I can’t say I’ve ever had such a poor experience with a company. I picked up a tow trailer from U-Rent late Friday afternoon— I only needed it for one day. They told me it was $100/day but claimed they would be closed Saturday (for the 4th of July holiday) and Sunday (per their usual hours of operation). When I went in to return the trailer on Monday morning, I was charged for two days for a total of $212. Extremely high prices, not friendly when questioning bill, doesn’t mind overcharging, needs to explain pricing structure better. Agreed to what we thought was pricing and upon return, bill doubled! Swears they are cheapest in town but same piece of equipment is $160 at other places and $275 per day with them. Don’t recommend.
