Employee Anthony saw me struggling with a broken part on my car while I was at the Circle K across the street. He walked over and helped me fix it for free! (I paid him of course because he deserves it!) Anthony can fix anything!

Why is U-RENT-EM charging a "LEVERAGE FEE" when I return a rental trailer? I paid with a credit card. Does that have anything to do with this "fee"?
