Had an emergency couldn’t go to my appointment , hoping I can reschedule but my group is now gone on my profile. Will update review if I ever get rescheduled.
Wow, I’m utterly baffled. The other negative reviews weren’t lying and I had a similar experience! I walked into my appointment and was asked to pay for the service first. She asked me to pay with a card and said it was $85. The pricing chart they have clearly says $80 for one hour massage so I asked and she said the $5 was fee for using a card (typically credit card fees are only 3% which should have only been $3 at most).
