Wrong listing year online compared to what was actually in the yard. Understandable mistakes can be made but old guy at the counter refused to give me a refund after i pointed it out. Old guy also couldnt use the computer properly and had to constantly get other coworker walk them through how to use the system. Out $52; Other U-pull-its have more competent workers.
Rude staff and bad prices. Eldery lady at counter needs to find a new job. Couldn't be any less interested or rude if she tried.
Lovely set of people working att ALL these Stores. So welcoming and friendly it's amazing this quality of service is still around. A tremendously pleasant experience, look forward to going each time
