Staff was lazy and not very professional during my time, witnessed them curling their hair in the office several times, clocked out during open house. On top of that they’ve tried to falsely bill me and other friends in our portals on several different occasions, even after our leases ended. Rude behavior when confronted about it. Will be taking this up with American Campus. There are much better properties to rent from in Syracuse.
Very kind and helpful staff! This was definitely an amazing place to spend my senior year of college. They also do fun events at the front desk with free food like St. Patrick’s Day and Valentines Day.
My roommates and I LOVE the amazing front desk ladies! They are the iconic duo every apartment wishes it had. They are so kind and organize the most amazing activities and give-aways for residents. They truly make UPoint feel like home with their kindness!
Okay let me start with saying the office Manager Sarah, she is a whole vibe! I came to visit my friend and she immediately greeted me and made me feel welcomed. My friend went down to the office with some concerns and she was very professional and answered all her questions! I would recommend this property.
Horrible management. Lie about sublets, do not fulfill lease inspection obligations.
