I called flagstaff u pick it and was told the pay sixty dollars a ton for refrigerators! My son drove it from kachina village to there site on Lupe rd only to be told they don’t take refrigerators again I call and they said they do take them. Then the guy said we must have got Prescott! So I called again it said you have called flagstaff u pick it. One of our cars broke down on the way to Arizona. Since we were from Oklahoma, and the car engine was totally shot, the car being 15 years old, we wanted to leave it there and sell it to this company. They worked with us to the utmost and agreed to mail the check to us after we signed over the title. We have to play phone tag for a day or two, but in the end everything worked out perfectly.

Needed a part for my car, which said part is no longer made by anyone, not the manufacturer, nor an aftermarket dupe. The staff was friendly and helpful and the price was amazing. The yard is well organized and easy to navigate once you figure it out. Would use again.

No customer service. I live 3 hours away called in for a quote for windshields Total of 5 I need. And person who answered the phone. Just said "we have two cars but I don't know how the windows are you have to come look yourself, I'm not going out there to look" rude and unprofessional.
