Followed behind a truck heading down White Church Rd in Mount Hope (Hamilton) Feb 9, 2026 around 2:50pm. This truck kindly left all kinds of trash that blew out of the UNCOVERED box all over the road in our rural community. So firstly an unsecured load and then secondly a plate so dirty we almost couldn't find it. All we could distinguish is maybe the last digits on the plate was 55914. Not fun trying to drive home and dodge trash such as large air filters and boxes flying out at you. MTO should be aware.
They promised a cheaper deal then our waste management company and now are charging us $500 more than we were paying. Locked us into a contract and really misrepresented their price to get business. They don't stick to their words and promise cheaper price. Please be careful before switching to them and getting stuck.
