We just used Upack to move from upstate NY to Florida. Overall, a great experience. Service was top notch and they respond very easily and at most hours. We had a little trouble with the loading dock operation but they quickly responded and resolved it. Our stuff did get a little wet in some spots and we found some ants when we unloaded. This was a great way to move our belongings from Columbus, GA all the way to Watertown, NY. It was great since we didn't have to worry about driving anything ourselves and being a target for theft. Will definitely use this company again for our next move.
I really like U-Pack, we used them twice in one year. Both very long distant moves and into Canada/USA. Both times they used ABF Freight as the carrier and it has been a great experience. They are able to drop off the trailer when needed at fairly short notice (less than 2 weeks). And pick up when needed (not on weekends though). Other than the trailers being quite large and needing a large spot to park it it truly is an easy way to move. Drivers have always been so friendly!
