The drop off driver was wonderful, he skillfully dropped the trailer on my tiny townhome street without blocking any driverways, including mine, despite cars being parked on the curb. I so appreciate their help with a very stressful move. My only complaint is the online tracking system was grossly misleading. We were very upset to learn that your delivery driver came on an 18 wheeler and was not able to even make it up the road leading to my mom’s house. He had to cancel the delivery and left us in a very bad spot late on a Friday afternoon with nowhere to store our things and no way to pack before we had to leave California. You all should have 1. Upack offered a wonderful service for our recent long distance move.We took the 5 day delivery service and they delivered the exact day as promised. Had to change the delivery mode last moment, they helped with that smoothly and even gave a great discount. Would definitely recommend upack .

The process was smooth. The delivery and pickup of the ReloCube happened as planned. They offered outstanding customer service, and all my questions were promptly answered.

Easy and reasonably priced! Quick to deliver and pickup. We have used them twice, Colorado to Puerto Rico and then Puerto Rico to Virginia. No issues.
