Used U-Pack for a long distance move and they were great and by far the best price. Loved that I paid only for what I used since I wasn’t sure how much space I would use. I had two of the smaller containers shipped to a storage facility for unloading on the far side and their Manassas, VA location was wonderful to work with and made for easy coordination. All pick ups and drop offs were on time. Great service, thank you!

They were reliable which is the most important thing in a cross country move! They dropped off and picked up when they said they would. Customer service was fantastic. Never had to wait to get help on the phone if I ever had a question. They also helped to change one of my pickup dates that the system would automatically allow. Great company, would recommend and use any time I plan on moving

I rented a van to pick up some furniture from Alexandria to Chantilly. After adding insurance, mileage, gas, and the base rental fee, the total came to about $130. I only used it for around 2 hours, so it felt a bit expensive. However, it was still much cheaper than hiring movers. One thing I really liked was that the van was fairly new and had only about 5,000 miles on it.

The drop off driver was wonderful, he skillfully dropped the trailer on my tiny townhome street without blocking any driverways, including mine, despite cars being parked on the curb. I so appreciate their help with a very stressful move. My only complaint is the online tracking system was grossly misleading. It stated my trailer was picked up a week later than it was and that it would be delivered significantly later than it was. We were very upset to learn that your delivery driver came on an 18 wheeler and was not able to even make it up the road leading to my mom’s house. He had to cancel the delivery and left us in a very bad spot late on a Friday afternoon with nowhere to store our things and no way to pack before we had to leave California. You all should have 1.
