Absolutely great experience moving states with Upack! Containers were delivered and picked up exactly when quoted, they were even dropped off to my new destination at 8:30am! Extremely easy to use the relocubes and everything arrived undamaged!
I moved with a trailer from Texas to Oregon. U-Pack was fantastic every step of the way. Any problems that were encountered were handled swiftly and they were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
I would whole heartedly recommend UPACK. They were easy to work with. All information was clear. They did exactly as they said they would in terms of pod drop off, pick up (on both ends) and the price never changed. We called numerous times with questions and they were helpful and available. Of course, the pod was packed by us but not one things was broken, scratched or shifted in the move. This was a huge upgrade from former moves where we have been held hostage by the moving company. Bravo!
