We moved a container from CO to NY and the whole experience was excellent - from booking, customer support, loading, transit updates to delivery - except for a small glitch at the end. There was a heavy down pour in NY the night before the delivery and a couple of the items near the container doors got wet. But overall we were very satisfied with U-Pack.

Truck was on time both coming and going. Always friendly drivers and made the move easy and way less stressful than it could have been. Cost was under everyone else especially and half of PODS.

I was so skeptical about almost everywhere making my move from TX to CO on my own and needed everything to go right the first time. Best choice I made moving cross country was U-Pack! Used their recommended Hire-A-Helper as well, and the whole experience made everything a breeze. 10/10, would use again in a second if I needed to.

This was the easiest and most comprehensive moving experience. I did some research and called a few different moving truck/pod places, and this was by far the best. The way that you can partition off the part of the truck that you used, leave the rest empty, and only pay for what you used, was excellent. The trucks are also bigger than a lot of the pods, so I didn't have to worry about scheduling more than one or running out of space.
