Exactly as advertised. Container came on schedule and they called to schedule early delivery after it went cross country. Drivers were super nice and professional, as were the dispatchers I spoke with. Price was exactly as quoted and billing worked as advertised. All around great. My one complaint: the ramp is a total pain in the a—…it would be great to engineer an integrated ramp like a U-Haul.
Moved from CA to UT years ago and this is definitely the way to move & the only way I'll move going forward.
I was going to rent a 26 foot truck from another company and drive it across country and boy I am so glad I found out about U-Pack. Not only was it significantly cheaper, they made everything so easy. They dropped off the 28 foot truck on time, picked it up when it was ready and I didn't have to worry about driving.
