We used UPack to move from Maine to Texas and we're so glad we did! The process was incredibly easy, customer service was great, and you really just can't beat the price. We'll certainly use UPack again in the future. I can't recommend it enough.

We used U-pack because Pods didn't service the area around Fort Sill in Oklahoma. After getting a quote and getting everything set-up, it was pretty much seamless. The trailer was delivered the day that they said. We got packed and had one issue. One side of the bulkhead used to lock our items in was broken. We called the dispatch office and they got us a new bulkhead that day. The trailer was hauled to the area near Fort Bragg, and with our free month of storage coupon, we paid nothing for that. Last three moves were professional movers, Pods, then U-Pack. The first move was expensive and resulted in broken and stolen possessions. The second move resulted in lost pods and significant delays. Enter U-Pack. Competitive pricing (lowest with no fine print or add ons). Easy sign up. Flexibility of trailer space I needed (reserved 13’ and ended up using 16’). No loss or damage. fabulous experience. delivered and pickup on time, easy to work with . drivers were professional , polite and helpful. recommend to everyone . i used a different company last year and waited 6 weeks for my stuff after hiring a attorney and lots of damage to furniture
