Items arrived moldy and wet. When I inquired about the damage from an obviously leaky trailer, I was told I would receive $.10 per pound in replacement fees. Do not trust them when they tell you things are waterproof and that you can trust your items to arrive safely. Worst moving experience ever.

We moved from a remote location in northern Wisconsin to the Olympic Peninsula. U-PACK gave us an estimate which was very reasonable and our final cost. There were no hidden charges and no requests for additional money at the end. The trailer was delivered to our location, we loaded it, and it was picked up within 2 hours after we completed the loading. Friendly and helpful over the phone. Instructions very clear. Arrived on time at drop off. Delivery was half-way across the country and the shipment arrived a week early. I thought that was awesome. Glad we brought a dolly to unload but the ramp was very steep and too narrow for my friend and I who are in our 60's. We managed in spite of it but had to take our time in the broiling CA heat.

On time at both locations,professional,easy to work with, they did what they said they would, I would use them again.

In Wisconsin, Tyler should be one of your prize employees. When he found out our truck wasn't going to be on time, his reaction was instant. I hung up and tracked the truck and it was in route by the time I looked again. This is the 2nd time we have moved using unpack and I would recommend UT to everyone. Thanks for everything!
