Very easy to schedule the pick-up in North Carolina and the drop-off location in Denver, Colorado. The three cubes arrived on time and were clean inside and ready to load. I had a tracking number to check on the progress of the cubes and the driver coordinated with me for the drop off in Colorado. Perfect solution for my move across the country and I would use U=Pack again.

U-Pack has been incredibly easy to work with. Truck was dropped off and placed exactly where I wanted it. When they came to pick up the truck, they told us that our movers (separate company) had packed it incorrectly and gave us time to fix it before coming back for the truck. I highly recommend.

U-Pack made it so incredibly easy for me to move my stuff from Arizona to Colorado. The process was very straightforward, customer service was great and overall I found it to be a very affordable option. I highly recommend their service.

I would not recommend U-Pack based on our recent moving experience from Denver to Houston. The trailer they provided was large (a tall ABF freight trailer) and difficult to load. The transit time was slower than if we had just rented and driven a U-Haul ourselves, and the total cost ended up being about double what a U-Haul would have cost. On top of that, we were hit with an HOA fine related to how the trailer was parked while we were loading it. I disputed it with the HOA, but U-Pack chose to pay the ticket before the disp... read more
