The entire Upack experience was great. Reserving the truck was easy. The drivers at both pick up and drop off were very nice. I received updates on where everything was during the process. If I need to move again, I'll definitely use Upack.

Cannot say enough to make anyone believe this: the cost was less than driving a truck, the way the drivers were beyond competent and just rad people on both sides (pick up and drop off) just made this SO much easier. I moved from CO to SC and not ONE complaint. I would do a commercial for these folks- they came to a remote ski town, they knew what they were doing, parked a 28ft trailer in a TINY space like a BOSS, gave me advice on moving and packing - THEN they had my things ready to drop off days ahead of schedule, and it ... read more

This worked out amazingly. I'll use them again, I just wish they had same day pick up for convienece but they are a freight company after all. I moved 1200 miles and only a few things were damaged and that was purely do to how MY movers packed it. Definitely recommend. My only tips are: if moving to a apartment complex or the like, make sure you can park the truck there (for up to 3 days) and there is an option to unload at the docking center IF your location offers that. Read the fine print but no complaints here.
