Moved about a room's worth of items from Alabama to Michigan. Had a great experience with U-Pack! Easy to arrange and great communication. Delivery was on time and drivers at both ends were awesome. Highly recommend!
Had a wonderful experience with this company! The move across the country was so easy! Great communication and scheduling, very easy to work with. Much cheaper than other companies I looked into. Would give 10 stars if I could, absolutely recommend!
We used UPack to move across the country and it was the best choice! They arrived on time to both pick-up and drop-off with friendly drivers who answered all our questions. I knew where the truck was at all times by using their website, and I always knew what the next step was because of their website. Plus, we had more items than we thoughts, so we just packed it all in and was charged for three extra feet. No need to ask for another Pod like in other services. I definitly recommend the UPack Truck!
What a great way to move. We used UPack for a move from Michigan to California. Everything was as they told us it would be. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. All of our contents arrived in quickly and didn't have damage to anything in the shipping containers.
There was an misunderstanding about door to door servers. I was moving from Michigan to some where in either Houston or Dallas, TX. I wasn't sure what area yet and I told the sales man, I wasn't sure on the address. The sales person told me its door to door and that we can just store your containers until you move and find a home. My understanding from the sales person when I ordered the moving containers that all addresses were door to door. But this is not true, some areas they do not service.
