I moved my two bedroom condo from Md to Az. I wasn't sure I would need 2 or 3 relo cubes. They deliver whatever you want and if you don't use, they take back. NO EXTRA CHARGE. What a piece of mind! I ended up only using 2 returned the 3rd. I used a team to pack my stuff and found I did have some damage on the other end. Not the UPACK fault. It was the stuff I didn't box correctly and didn't take extra precautions for shipping. Amazing experience when moving from state to state (FL to WV). They delivery from door to door and are very kind with anything you need! I recommend this company if you decide to move from a different state!

Excellent service. Our trailer arrived early, the delivery/pick up centers answer right away and were prompt with delivery and pick up. Highly recommend

I was able to pack and unpack my cube at my storage facilities which was extremely convenient. I had to change my initial drop off address, which was easy to do. I really appreciated the affordability of U-Pack. The cube had double doors and was easy to pack and unpack. My stuff stayed dry and safe throughout. I was very pleased:)
