We moved two UPacks from MS to IL. Great service, clean units, easy process!
This is my first and last time using Upack! Horrible experience. I paid almost $1,500 for a 2 to 4 day delivery and it's day 10 now and I still don't have my things. Never a again!!!!! No discount offered or anything, just an "IM SORRY" Really? It's not my fault that you guys are backed up! I paid for a service within specific time frame that I did not receive.
