We have moved across states multiple times. U-Pack was hands down the easiest company to work with. They are efficient, communicative and our items were safe! We had quotes from about 5 companies, and U-Pack beat them all in price by $2000-6000. The timeline of us receiving our items was very very fast as well. The best part is the workers. The truck drivers can park the trailer in the craziest of streets and the slopiest of driveways. It's actually fun to watch them park the trailers! OMG! U-Pack is amazing! I moved from Santa Clara, California to Las Vegas, Nevada. They park the trailer in the area you need and you can put all your moving items inside in your convenience. when you are done, you install and lock the wall and call them to pick it up. They can leave the truck even overnight. Then after a couple days they will deliver to you at your destination. Cheaper comparing with U-haul , more convenient and worry free. Thanks to U-Pack!
U-Pack was the perfect option for us, as we looked to move a partial household across the country. Customer service reps were amazing! Always took time to discuss different options with me and offer customized solutions. Pick-up and drop-off drivers were incredibly courteous and kind. They were very careful with our containers - every single thing arrived just as we packed it! Would recommend to anyone.
U-Pack made an intimidating move from Washington to Nevada easy and stress free. The pod was conveniently dropped off to pack, transported to Nevada & picked up once empty to complete the move. Moving with U-Pack was cheaper than renting a moving truck and not going thru the hassle of driving 1200 miles and stopping for gas along the way.
Amazing experience start to finish! Erica in call center was the kindest and the most personable supporter ever. She listened to what we were trying to achieve and helped along the way. The day of drop off, the driver coordinated every step and set up the cubes in the location that would make the most sense for the best load in/out. The best part was that we had 3 cubes dropped off but only ended up using 1 and paying for it too once the cube was on its way to final destination.
