Our whole U-Pack experience has been amazing. Customer service is easy to get in touch with and always does the right thing. Highly recommend them for any moving needs. One caveat - they contract with ABF Freight to do the actual pickups and deliveries. The ABF team is kind, but not timely. There were hours late when they first dropped off the empty trailer to us because the driver got the wrong trailer and had to return back to the original pickup point. Amazing service Great communication We will use them in the future
Great experience, shipped from Allentown PA to Las Vegas. It took about 10 days to arrive and all my stuff made it! They also deliver to your door of available. I decided to pick up. Service was great though!
Nothing but great things to say about UPack. They are extremely professional, punctuational, and accommodating with my schedule. It was my first big move and they help make it less challenging for me!
