UPDATE March 20th, 2026. UPACK DENIED MY CLAIM AND TOLD ME THEY DO NOT CARE. The claims process is a joke like UPACK. You’ve been warned. Don’t use UPACK unless you’re desperate. This was a very good move, and it was my first. The trailer was taller and wider than I expected. You can book any space more than 5 ft (base price) and still have the flexibility to occupy lesser or larger space. You will be charged based on what you have occupied per feet after the base price. They delivered the trailer 3 days ahead and since I choose for a fixed 3 days delivery option it was delivered exactly on the day.
