The care I have received here is top notch. From nurses to doctors. However, I want to highlight the overnight techs I had: Jordan and Paula. These two ladies make a rather stressful experience significantly less scary. They are gentle, kind, and funny making all the cuts and wires easier to handle. Highly recommend this place if you're struggling with sleep.
I had gotten a referral from my doctor and it took about a week for them to call me which wasn’t long at all. Usually my referrals take over a month for them to give me a call and they had gotten me in for the soonest appointment that they had! After the appointment was done, they wanted me to do a sleep study, and within days they got me in for that sleep study!! If you have sleep issues and can wait over six weeks to get treatment, then you have come to the right place.
If I could I’d give this place a -10. After being referred by my cardiologist due to heart issues, had my initial consultation October 4. Rather than state reason was cardiac issues, they put down the reason for referral was snoring! Then it took them three months to call and leave a message for a sleep study. I called back within 24 hours yet it took them another three weeks to call again. So again I call back and another few weeks pass…… I gave up. Have had a great experience with everyone I have dealt with there. A special shout-out to the two women who hooked me up. They kept me laughing and comfortable. Top class service and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed.
